Plate magnet are widely used for removing Tramp lron such as Bolts, Nuts, Bits of Wire, Nail and other casual contamination from free flowing material pass over or under the magnet plate, tramp metal is pulled to the magnet's working surface and held in place until removed. Plate magnet can be designed in a wide of models, configurations and sizes to meet with specific operation and plant conditions. They are usually carried in angled chutes, ducts, spouts or suspended above conbeyors, screens and feed trays to protect against occasional damage to the plant caused by bits of iron.

Suspended Magnets are designed for high separation performance in over-the-belt conve your applications. These
heavy duty perm anent magnets incorpotationg all welded construction are particularly effective in removing tramp
metal in high volume applictions.
Supplied with tapped mounting holes in the backing plate and four eye bolts, these suspended magnets can be rigidly
mounted with threaded bolts or hung by eye bolts using cable or chain systems.
